Visit Our Blog	Undergraduate Students Applying for the First Time: The applicant applying for the FIRST TIME must be a U.S. Citizen, a Washington State resident, entering Third year (Junior), Fourth year (Senior) or (if required for degree) Fifth year undergraduate (5th year requirement must be verified by college/university).
